Mission and Responsibilities
The University Council performs its duties and powers in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Higher Education No. 08/2012/QH13, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Higher Education No. 34/2018/QH14 dated November 19, 2018 and the Regulations on organization and operation of Duy Tan University.
